Slot Die Unit – Specifications
The “Cuckoo” system transforms a prepared platform into a parallel dispensing unit by replacing the existing screen frame with an axis system. This system aligns with the substrate’s position and includes all necessary process axes for parallel printing in the y- and z-directions. It features precise alignment of the print head parallel to the print nest and substrate and includes the required sensors.
Specifications
A highly controlled pneumatic pressure is applied in a cylinder, which pressurizes the fluid in a 960CC cartridge via a mechanical piston. The process fluid pressure is detected by an integrated pressure sensor and precisely controlled through pressure regulation. The wide range of compatible viscosities ensures maximum flexibility and enables both precise and constant pressure operation.
